Getting the perfect night's every night is our dream come true, let's be honest – but what if we told you the quality of your slumber could be negatively affected by something a little completely unexpected?

To be frank, we'll confess to being a little skeptical about all this, but if room allows and it might give you a more restful night's sleep, then we guess it might be worth a try!
