When Bobby Carpenter's four-year-old daughter outgrew her stroller, the avid Disney fan wanted to make his little girl feel like a princess by building her a bigger buggy with lots of bibbidi bobbidi flair.
The result? A blue-and-silver stroller that looks exactly like Cinderella's iconic carriage, just tinier. And this summer, the kids in your life can also experience what it's like to ride around in Bobby's miniature carriages, thanks to his new Florida business, .
If you're staying at a Magic Kingdom resort, Princess Carriage Rentals will send someone to literally roll out the red carpet for you family, then chauffeur you via private limo to the park, where you'll be set up with a carriage. At $299 per day, the experience is not cheap, but it will give your kids an experience they won't soon forget.
"It's almost like the next big thing for being a superstar. You walk into Disney, and you feel like a celebrity," Bobby's wife, Becky, tells WomansDay.com. "Everyone loves the stroller and goes crazy over it. Cast members love it. Everybody just has that desire to have a moment of royalty."
From the blue-cushioned seats to the intricate silver metalwork, no detail is missed, but there's also practical additions, like drink holders and storage hooks. The carriages are recommended for children between the ages of 3 to 9.
