Camping is about getting closer to nature rather than indulging in luxury, but one clever tent is making the great outdoors a little more comfy. The Sunda tent by Kammok has a surprisingly roomy design that rivals a tiny home, opening up to 35 square feet of living space 6.25 square feet of dry storage space for your gear (think of it as the tiny garage to your tiny temporary house).
The most remarkable thing about this tent, however, isn't anything you'll find on the ground level. That's because the tent can transform into a hammock that "glides" between trees. With a few adjustments, you'll be gently swaying with your favorite book, miles from stress.
Even better? The whole thing weighs about three pounds. It's no wonder that Kammok was able to way, way exceed its Kickstarter goal of $75,000 to develop the Sunda with almost $250,000 pledged to date.
We're not sure when we'll be able to get our hands on one of these, but we seriously hope it happens soon!
