Multipurpose furniture never seems to go out of style: Just last week, a hammock-rocking chair prototype went viral, and a sofa-blanket hybrid made the rounds on the internet earlier this year.
Our latest find, the Bookworm — a funky bookshelf shaped like a chair — makes it even easier to kick back and relax with a great read. The piece first grabbed attention when it was created back in 2012, after a friend tasked Rotterdam-based designer couple Paul Scrijen and Anne Harmesn with reimagining the traditional bookshelf. Now, the Bookworm is back — this time, with a light bulb at the top, so you can read any time.
As far as we can tell, there are no limits to what color or finish combination you can choose, though we particularly love the midcentury-inspired "Classy" model.
