Magnolia Table Has a Brand-New Spring Menu That's Filled with Southern Classics

Silos Baking Co. is getting two new cupcakes, too!

If the dozens of Instagrams that are posted from Magnolia Table every day are any indication, Chip and Joanna Gaines' year-old restaurant is still a massive hit. The classics that put the breakfast spot on the map—Jo's biscuits, the Gaines Brothers Burger, the breakfast platters—haven't gone anywhere, but some brand new spring menu additions were just added on March 6. And, you guys, they're gonna make your heart flutter. Let's jump right in, eh?

Carrot Cake

A classic, cream cheese-frosted, three-level monstrosity is hitting Magnolia Table—and we have no doubt it'll be a go-to.

Lemon Blueberry Pancakes

Jo is a sucker for pancakes; she told us she orders Magnolia Table's pancake breakfast plate every time she comes. Looks like this'll be her order of choice for spring, then. It comes with a stack of blueberry and lemon zest-filled pancakes, two eggs, tots, and either sausage or bacon.

Asparagus Fontina Quiche

This quiche is exactly what you want it to be: flaky and buttery on the outside and soft and savory on the inside (surprise: there's Gruyère in addition to the asparagus and Fontina). You'll get a side salad with heirloom tomato slices.

Spring Berry Salad

Consider this prep for a gluttonous meal ahead. It's got chicken, pecans, feta, and three types of fresh berries, all drizzled with a house-made honey viniagrette.

Egg Salad Sandwich

The egg salad that's sandwiched between two croissant halves is a Joanna Gaines original recipe. Kettle chips and a pickle spear come on the side.

Tea Sampler

This platter is Southern eating epitomized: three tea sandwiches (tiny, crustless bites) filled three different ways. You'll be able to try chicken salad, egg salad, and pimiento cheese. On the side: berry-topped mixed greens and a small cup of soup.

Harvest Wrap

This vegetarian-friendly dish sounds insanely refreshing. Chefs smear a wheat wrap with herbed cream cheese then stuff it with watermelon radish, avocado, mixed greens, cucumber, and heirloom tomato.

Prickly Pear Lemonade

You didn't think the Gaineses would overlook the drinks menu, did you? This glass promises to be tart and sweet.

Jo's Lemon Pie

Any baked good that comes out of Jo's kitchen promises to be delicious. The traditional lemon pie filling sits on a graham cracker crust and is topped with house-made whipped cream.

The Silos Baking Co. (next to Magnolia Market) is getting a spring refresh, too, with two new cupcake flavors.
