Ree Drummond’s new hotel—called The Boarding House—is open for business and already booked up solid through November.

In fact, within 30 minutes of the “cowboy luxury” hotel website’s launch on April 5, every single reservation had already been booked for the next six months, a Pioneer Woman representative told People.

Located in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, the hotel only has eight rooms, so it’s no surprise that it sold out so quickly. While every single night is booked solid from now through November, there are still a few one-night stays open on random dates in December and plenty of weeknight availability in January, February and March.

The Boarding House is open! Ladd and I renovated an old building down the street from @pwmercantile and it's now an 8-room hotel. It has been such a fun project from start to finish (well...some days more fun than others, ha!) and we're so excited to be welcoming our first guests. Our website is live (pwboardinghouse.com) and you can browse the different rooms and see the details of the special experience we hope to give every single person who stays here. We would love to see ya in Pawhuska!

But if you were hoping to book a weekend getaway, you’ll have to plan ahead to go next spring. According to the hotel’s website, dates after March 31, 2019 will be available soon.

(I guess I apparently like green or something? 😂) The Boarding House is just about ready for guests! Reservations will open up sometime next week, right after I decide whether or not I'm going to move into this bathroom for the rest of my life. Ladd can have the bathtub, I'll sleep in the shower! It could work...

Each of the hotel’s eight rooms has a distinct personality and look, from the green-tiled “Emerald Room” to the rustic-chic “Butterfly Room.”

So, stay tuned to find out when the next batch of reservations are open so you can snap up the specific room of your dreams.
