When the "befores" are as cool as this cabin on the lake in Georgia—which earned the name Misty Mill—one can only imagine how breathtaking the "afters" will look. Especially when the lead designer and architect on the project is none other than HGTV's Chip Wade.

Before the Atlanta native took his carpentry skills to HGTV's hit series Designed to Sell back in 2007—followed by Curb Appeal, Showdown, Design Star, Wise Buys, Elbow Room, and more—he worked with his father, developing his interest in design, carpentry, landscaping, and renovation.

Fast forward to today and you'll find Chip and his wife Pauli offering various services through his architecture, design, real estate, and production company, Wade Works Creative, aka the powerhouse behind the Misty Mill Project and all that's to come.
