The surrounding Finger Lakes region is also home to around 130 more wineries—it even placed first for its wine industry in a ranking by USA Today. With all of the wineries to choose from close by, you can hop around from winery to winery during your stay as you please.

Bellhurst Castle was built in the 1880s and legend has it that 50 men built this historic castle for an heiress and her golden pheasants. The castle chambers have 14 different accommodations you can stay in—11 period guest rooms, two cottages, and one ranch home.

If you're not that into drinking wine, don't worry—the property is also home to a brand new brewery that carries three different craft beers to quench your thirst another way.
