It seems like every design aims to outdo the last one, cramming more features into less square footage, but none are quite as life-changing as the "."

Built by RE/MAX and architecture students at Henry Ford College (HFC), this particular house comes with a serious benefit: It's being sold through an online auction to help support , which funds care for more than in the United States and Canada.

"Our more than 26-year partnership with CMN Hospitals has shown us that miracles come in all shapes and sizes — and so do homes," Mike Reagan, RE/MAX SVP, Business Alliances said. "During the online auction, the highest bidder will not only receive the dream of home ownership, but also support sick and injured kids in their communities."
