Karlie Kloss is more than just a supermodel. After taking a two-month hiatus from being a Victoria's Secret Angel, Kloss attended NYU to study coding, and has since started Kode with Klossy, a nonprofit focusing on empowering young girls who want to lead careers in STEM. Her resume's blend of fashion campaigns and philanthropy work is beyond impressive, but the recent listing her NYC apartment has us all praising her interior design taste too.
Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner have just put up their New York City apartment in the posh 211 Elizabeth Street on the market, with Compass agents Nick Gavin and Josh Doyle, at a price of almost $7 million. The home was first purchased in 2014 at $4.5 million, and the entire luxury building and its interiors were designed by Roman & Williams. Kloss and Kushner's airy apartment has tons of sunlight, an admirable achievement in crowded NYC.
The apartment features a huge living room and double window doors which make it feel even larger than its square footage. Plus, that granite fireplace? To die for.
If you're interested in purchasing the apartment, you'll also get access to a gym, a bike room, a landscaped roof terrace, and even private storage—most of which is d with the 14 other homes in the building. Personally, I think the roof terrace is the best part—you'll need an outdoor escape and a little greenery in the concrete jungle of New York City.
