Unfortunately, we can't all have Chip and Joanna work their magic on our homes. You can move into a gorgeous house designed by the Fixer Upper couple, though (and that may be even better)! Recently, the Gaines couple listed a farmhouse-style home that they'd designed in China Spring, Texas on their own real estate company, Magnolia Realty.
The 3,150-square-foot home, located in the "highly sought-after" subdivision called The Preserve, is on the market for $624,900. As of today, the listing says, "Under Contract," so one lucky buyer is one step closer to moving in to the beautiful home.
Last month, Joanna posted on Instagram about the house. "We designed and built this modern-styled farmhouse that is now officially on the market!" she wrote.
The home, located at 120 Cresson Court, boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. According to the description, the inside of the home "features a cozy floor plan with tons of great entertaining spaces" (including an upstairs bonus room and a large outdoor patio).
Chip and Joanna used a light, neutral color palette and French oak wood floors, giving the interior an airy, open feel. The description notes that additional interior upgrades in the home include "top-of-the-line appliances, spray foam insulation, Carrara marble vanity tops, [and] energy efficient features throughout."
The outside of the farmhouse is as stunning as the inside, with an upgraded charcoal architectural shingle roof, decorative window awnings, and solid-wood windows and doors. You can check out the full listing here.
